what do you think on priests and pastors who committed sexual harassment and abuse and the likes? do they deserve a second chance in serving the church?

The issues now does not revolve around them being a priest or pastor but being someone who sexually harassed someone.

like wise here..forgiven maybe but not give them the opportunity to do the same and hurt innocent victims..
