I work from home as well - although I must say that I don't really have a regular position. I wish I did - though I am looking everyday to see if I can find something that can bring me regular income.  It is nice to hear that you were able find something that you enjoy.

I brisk walk every day for twenty minutes. This suits me well, as i later found out that Blood Type A( that's me) thrive on this form of non exertive, calming and "quieting " exercise. If you are blood type O however, you might want to do high intensity programmes such as running, swimming, biking, weight training, in which you need a warm up and a cool down period. Blood Type B's are balanced people, so they can do any form of exercise and yet stay refreshed. Type ABs are tainted with A traits, so best to do mentally calming exercises like yoga and walking. The lines are a little blur between the blood types, so whichever blood type you are, and depending on your state of health, choosing an exercise that you truly enjoy and doing it at least three to four times a week is already halfway towards achieving better health and excellent state of mind.
